Finding Schoolhouse ortho was like a breath of fresh air. The journey my daughter and I have been on from previous Orthodontist in NY, has been a long, dreadful, non-communitive patient experience. I felt defeated, and hopeless because it's been so overwhelming trying to achieve her beautiful smile. So, it took me some time to finally take action and try to find another orthodontist in PA. Being that there are so many to choose from, how do you choose? How do you know who is good? How do know they will treat you with care and understanding? How do you know if they will make you a priority and a full understanding of what your needs are and how it will get done. How do you know if they will listen to your concerns and hear your pain and/or fear? Well, I say this to say I FOUND THEM!! :) I FINALLY DECIDED AND I MADE THE CALL TO SCHOOL HOUSE ORTHO. I was ready to be disappointed or given the run around BUT NO, the call was very pleasant, welcoming and professional. Before I knew it, I had booked a consultation for my daughter and guess what? I didn't have to wait months for her to be seen, we spoke on a Monday, and she had an appt that Friday. The appt reminder communication was great. We arrived at the address, walked in to see a welcome board with my daughter's name on it:) everyone was smiling and welcoming. I was kind of like, "wait this is too good to be true". We were escorted on a tour of the facility. I have to say the building was a very well maintained, organized and had a nice "feng sway". The receptionist gave details of the background of the building, telling its historic background. I should have jotted down names for all the staff because everyone was a pleasure. My daughter looked at me and said, "mom I like it here" I smiled and said, "me too", but we were not out the clear we had to meet with the one and only DR. Bolden, after seeing her family portrait on the wall, I was instantly impressed and inspired. So, in she comes, just as polite and welcoming as her staff. She was very professional; she knew her stuff and she communicated with understanding. No fast talk or confusion. She was attentive to Jaida's needs. She listened to me as I poured my tears out to try to express our journey. And it was then, in that moment when I knew this is what I've been looking for, this is where my daughter needs to be. I was so relieved to know that my daughter is finally going to achieve her beautiful smile. I know this is a long review, but I didn't want to leave out any of our first experience details. I would highly recommend Dr Bolden. I am also planning to become a patient of Dr. Bolden :) We are in good hands. Thanks again to the team. You all are greatly appreciated!

We always have a good experience at Schoolhouse. Dr. Bolden is very friendly and knowledgeable. Madison put my son’s braces on and she was AMAZING!!! She is so happy and made my son feel really comfortable. He even commented on how good she was after we left!

Dr Bolden is absolutely AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She puts you at ease when you are in her chair. Both my daughters have had wonderful experiences with her with absolutely amazing results. I have now started with treatment and have had a great experience. Her staff Deb, Brittany, Tori and everyone (too many to name) are great! They are truly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend them any day anytime over any other place! Thank you Dr Bolden and staff!

Dr. Bolden and her staff took care of two of my sons when they were younger so there was no doubt who I was going to when it was my turn. I absolutely love everything about them and the top notch service they provide. Everyone made me feel very welcome and made sure that I fully understood all the directions for my aligners. I truly appreciate them.

What a wonderful visit with Dr. Bolden. My son was very nervous and she eased all his fears. The Doctor and staff took their time with us and explained everything that needed to be done exceptionally. The scavenger hunt kept him in engaged and he was beyond thrilled to meet the staff dog. He’s now asking me when he can go back!!! Thank you!

We had a great experience. The office was very accommodating! And She loves how her teeth look!
