We want to communicate with you! At the end of each visit, every patient will receive a report card. Dr. Bolden will assign a color coded evaluation remark to each patient's report card along with any additional comments regarding treatment that day.
How to Read Your Report Card
Definition of remarks:
- Gold = Excellent – Excellent oral hygiene, no broken appliances, optimal use of auxiliaries
- Green = Good – Average oral hygiene, no broken appliances, average use of auxiliaries
- Red = Poor – Poor oral hygiene, one or more broken appliances, poor use of auxiliaries
Missed appointments dramatically increase treatment time; therefore, each missed appointment will receive one red remark.
Three red remarks will add one month to your treatment time.
